From The Principal’s Office
What a busy and exciting term it’s been! We
started with the Life Education Program, athletic
sports, school photo day in the first two weeks.
This was followed by Active After School
Community events, Zone Athletics, NAPLAN,
Education Week cross country events, winter
school sports, A.F.L. footy clinic and special
assembly performances.
Selected students also joined in the DRUMBEAT
and Lego Club program at lunchtimes and we had
the CASEA team working with a student and
parent support group each Wednesday morning.
I know that most students, families and staff are
looking forward to having a holiday break.
Hopefully all of our families can share some
quality time together while recharging their energy
levels. Keep safe and have fun!
Parent/Teacher/Student Learning Conferences.
It has been fantastic to have most families come in
for their conference on Tuesday afternoon/
evening. Teachers appreciate the interest shown
by parents to find out how their child is going as a
learner.
Parents are encouraged to contact their child’s
teacher or contact me at school any time there
may be a concern. Parents do not need to wait for
interview times.

and would like to chat about your child’s progress,
please make an appointment directly with your
child’s teacher.
End of term Reminders - No assembly on
Friday. Early dismissal at 2.30pm

Thomas’ class will be able to have interviews in
the second week of term 3.

report to school.

We have a fantastic team of students helping to
rake leaves around the school ground. Please
take the leaves from the front of the school for
your compost at home.
