IADR’s program and abstracts will be available online in early
April (the online link will be posted at www.iadr.org when
available). You can search the program, view abstracts, and plan
your itinerary prior to the IADR meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no printed abstracts for this meeting.
Program & Abstracts
A CD-ROM of abstracts, generously sponsored by Institut
Straumann, will be produced for the IADR meeting. Meeting
delegates who pre-register by the deadline date will receive the
CD-ROM in advance, and all others can pick up their copy at the
meeting. All members not attending the meeting can purchase
a copy after the meeting. The Program will be printed and
distributed on site to all meeting delegates.
Continuing Education Credits
The IADR/AADR is an American Dental Association Continuing
Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) recognized provider.
Delegates are eligible to receive continuing education credits by
attending the scientific oral and poster sessions throughout the
meeting. One hour of program time is equivalent to one credit hour.
Forms will be printed in the Program for your convenience, and
delegates are responsible for completing the forms accurately and
keeping them for auditing purposes. (Do NOT return the forms to the
IADR/AADR.) For information on the CERP program, please contact
Janis Flemming, Senior Program Manager, at jflemming@iadr.org.
Participants with
Disabilities or Special Needs
If you have a disability or special need that may affect your
participation in the General Session, please contact the IADR
Meetings Department either prior to the meeting (e-mail:
meetings@iadr.org) or on site, to discuss your requirements.
The Exhibition
The IADR will assemble the most prominent companies for
an exceptional exhibition. No matter what your interests
are—information systems, schools of dentistry, scientific
journals and/or research equipment—you will find information
at this exhibition. Refer to the Schedule of Events for the
hours the exhibition is open. If you would like to exhibit, please
contact Erika Interiano, IADR Institutional Section Manager for
Exhibits, Meetings & Publications, at einteriano@iadr.org or
+1.703.299.8093, for information and an exhibit prospectus.
On request, the IADR will be pleased to have an invitation letter
issued to you. Invitation letters are sent from the registration
company, and therefore you must be registered for the meeting,
and the registration company must have verified payment, before
the letter will be sent. Persons needing an invitation letter to obtain
a visa are urged to register for the meeting as early as possible. If
you need a letter, please so indicate on the registration form.
PLEASE NOTE: An invitation is not a commitment on the
part of the IADR to provide any financial support, nor is it a
guarantee of the acceptance of your abstract.
Visa Requirements
It is never too early to start working on getting your visa.
Please check with your local Canadian Embassy or Consulate to
