CMX-Graddo Our goal is to build a bridge between East and West for reliable global trading CMX GRADDO was established in 2002 through the fusion of two large companies, the Czech production and trading company GRADDO a.s., and the American Commodities Management Exchange, Inc. In the executive way, GRADDO a.s. ensures the operation of trades and thanks to its highest level contacts in USA, China, Russia, Arabia and other countries, it enlarges and develops new business activities in the scope of a project, which is called “The East-West Bridge” and is open to all new business opportunities without the distinction of commodities, products or goods and without restrictions of the selling and buying country. The cooperation with the European Mercantile Exchange, which effectively interconnects customers from the whole world, significantly helps the implementation of international business cases. Ever since 1991, GRADDO a.s. is the owner of the FREE ZONE, today we can already say in the European Union, covering the area of 164 000 m2, 100 000 m2 of which is Storing and producing halls – Duty Free Zone GRADDO Complex process Service COMPLEX PROCESS SERVICE, a.s. enters the Czech market with the complete offer of services related to the financing of any trial, arbitration or administrative proceedings. The CPS company has been established for this purpose by representatives of recognized Czech-American companies that provide such services in number of worldwide countries. COMPLEX PROCESS SERVICE, a.s. enables its clients to exercise their claim with particular authority, especially the court, without having to handle and risk their own financial means. In general it means that if we take over the clients case will the CPS company carry all steps leading to the successful claiming and acknowledgement of right by the court and possibly the exaction of the claim. All will be done from the financial means of our company. In case of the processing failure our company shall pay all costs invested. Pragokoncert Bohemia, a.s - Czeh Art Agency PRAGOKONCERT BOHEMIA, the daughter company of trading and producing company GRADDO, a.s . PRAGOKONCERT BOHEMIA is with its 40 years long tradition one of the most recognized cultural and art agencies in the Europe. Except of music festivals (Masters of Rock, Prague International Jazz Festival), mega concerts (Lord of the Dance, Manowar, Art Garfunkel, M. Caballé) and art shows (David Copperfield) it also runs the most famous jazz club in the Central Europe, named REDUTA. The worldwide known magician David Copperfield shows in the Czech Republic were very successful. Shows were organized by the Pragokoncert Bohemia Agency and were opened by the meeting with the owner of the company JUDr. PhDr. Alexandr Cach, PhD. Spheres of activity: show casing of artists and musical groups, local and foreign artists representation, the cooperation with foreign agencies, recording companies, broadcasting and TV stations, concert, theater, musical and art show production for organizators, cultural centers, towns and recognized institutions and organization, the organization of the traditional jazz festival “International Jazz Festival Prague”, managing the most popular jazz club in central Europe “Reduta”, organizing beneficiary concerts and medial projects in combination with sports, sales and representative events, providing of modeling, photomodeling services, castings and fashion shows. CMX an EMX Introduction Global Mercantile eXchange, LLC (GMXchange) is a member of the GMX group, Inc with its registered office in Chicago. And together with GMX Trading they comprises a trade group that is specialized in a global commodities trade, especially energy and industrial metals trade. GMXchange is a fully electronic commodity exchange that conducts business in United States of America. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) licenses it. In 2005 The Global Mercantile Exchange joined with the European Merchantile Exchange (EMXchange) whose registered office is in Bratislava (Slovakia). Now GMXchange and EMXchange members and clients have an access to the exchange from all over the world. This is possible through the internet and a highly sophisticated electronic commercial platform. This electronic platform was developed together with the Chicago Exchange. Both exchanges are partners of The Clearing Corporation, Chicago, IL, USA. Thanks to the technology of the Extensible Clearing System (ECS) and a Global technology link all transactions are settled and guaranteed just through The Clearing Corporation. Due to interconnection of those exchange trades the commodities and contracts offer is extended to all interested parties. Today we can trade through the GMXchange and EMXchange with the basic industrial metals, especially with copper and aluminium and also precious metals – palladium and platinum. The offer is also extended within the energy commodities such as crude oil and LNG. Electrical energy will also be offered soon. As one of the few world exchanges EMX offers a contract for the building lumber and some other wooden products. GMX also deals extensively in steel futures. Implementation of such dealing was not successful in any other exchange until now. The President of the USA Bill Clinton and the President of the Czech Republic Vaclav Havel in January 1999 in a Jazz concert organized by the Pragokoncert agency in the most recognized jazz club within Middle Europe – Reduta. The CMX Graddo and GMX Trading provide full transport and logistical services of all traded commodities. They have their offices in Moscow, Prague, Lisbon, London, Dubai and Chicago and are preparing to open offices in China and India. The Clients who are interested in placing their offer or request to a section of physical supplies (spot, forward) can use the services of the exchange broker who is a member of the exchange or they can themselves become exchange members. Member’s conditions are presented in the exchange rules and exchange statute. In the case of physical supplies, as mentioned above, the settlement is provided through The Clearing Corporation clearing center in Chicago where both exchanges have high guarantee funds and both seller and buyer are after the exchange trade conclusion and confirmation free of risks. The big companies as well as banks and brokers and physical entities as well as small investors can speculate with financial products with high liquidity in a section of commodity derivates (futures, options) that are automatically financially settled through the TCC. GMXchange as a Futures Industry Association (FIA) member offers fourteen OTC contracts for aluminium and its alloys in the way of forwards and with financial settlement. Then it has spot and forward contracts for palladium, platinum and copper. EMXchange is licensed by the European Union to provide the commodity exchange that enables her realization of all types of terminal trades including futures and options. Today the EMXchange offers spot contracts for building lumber, crude oil in Dubai, Liquid Natural Gas (LNG), rolled metal plates and steel ingots. Soon we also open a new separate section with electric energy where both forwards and futures on electric energy will be offered. 17
