Surrounded by the Canadian Rocky Mountains, the town
of Jasper is the heart of Canada’s wildest National Park.

finally cracking open a new book; dining on everything from traditional
Italian to fusion cuisine using local Alberta ingredients; sampling beers
made from some of the freshest water on earth at the first Canadian
National Park brewery; or listening to emerging musicians at a local pub.
Jasper National Park is home to a whole other type of local: it’s a natural
corridor for a large range of wildlife in its natural habitat. It’s common to see
black and grizzly bears, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, deer and elk in the
surrounding valleys when they’re out grazing in their natural playground.
