Our philosophy<br />

A component made of plastic should<br />

be dimensioned, in a way to respect<br />

the requirements but without having<br />

unnecessary safety properties. Every<br />

type of over-dimensioning has got<br />

negative effects, both economically<br />

and technologically. Only through<br />

experience, know-how and creativity,<br />

Know-How<br />

Since 40 years we resolve problems, that come<br />

into being using plastic for machine elements.<br />

During this period, we have introduced successfully<br />

high performance polymers ZEDEX ®<br />

in application fields, considered visionary.<br />

We learnt a lot in our path, but our valuable<br />

Know-How´s spring are the 35 years test values<br />

of materials and components. In the future we<br />

let this spring fortifies and quicker, than up to<br />

now, gushing out, in order that it shows us the<br />

limits and capability of our high performance<br />

plastic. Obviously we test also the competitors´<br />

products, not only for a comparison of performances<br />

with our products, but as well as to<br />

inform our customers about the limits of the<br />

competitors´ products.


Creativity<br />

Valuable creativity is restricted by ignorance, lack of foresight,<br />

communication problems and the resulting limitations. A product<br />

passes through more steps during its developing. Normally<br />

the processing is the bottleneck of your creativity, and it does<br />

not let your idea to be incorporate in the product. In the same<br />

way, the designer has not got any possibility, to be creative in<br />

doing the material formulation. Besides, unwanted aggravating<br />

influences are added between the various processes, such as<br />

properties changes of the material by machining for example,<br />

in which the processing condition are often not specified at the<br />

time of the processing. The interactive influence and the information<br />

flow between the various processes can be efficiently<br />

used to determine the product conception. From the idea to the<br />

end-product, we establish all the process steps of the product<br />

developing and we can always react flexibly and creatively<br />

realizing a successful product.<br />

Research, Development<br />

Research and development build the foundation of our success.<br />

Through intensive research and continuous development of<br />

materials, our high performance plastics ZEDEX ® have exceptional<br />

properties. High performance plastics ZEDEX ® are used<br />

in fields, where previously the use of plastics was unimaginable.<br />

We are able to integrate the required properties in existing<br />

high performance plastics ZEDEX ® by polymers modification.<br />

The lead times of these special pieces are often not too long<br />

and frequently big quantities are not required.<br />

Thanks to our extensive testing facilities, we can determine specific<br />

– moisture, residual moisture content dry/ lubricate)<br />

All our processes are controlled, monitored and documented.<br />

Testing and measuring equipment are calibrated<br />

regularly. In-process inspections and final controls<br />

lead to our positive customer reviews. On request, we<br />

provide factory test certificates according to DIN/ISO.<br />
