Suitability Criteria<br />
All <strong>SHLAA</strong> sites included in the final study have been considered against a list <strong>of</strong> constraints, each <strong>of</strong> which<br />
could impact on the potential <strong>of</strong> a site to deliver future housing development. <strong>The</strong>se constraints have been<br />
used to help inform both the potential viability <strong>of</strong> individual sites together with the estimate <strong>of</strong> housing delivery<br />
timing.<br />
<strong>The</strong> list <strong>of</strong> assessment criteria detailed below have been agreed amongst the 6 Berkshire Authorities as part<br />
<strong>of</strong> a common approach to the undertaking <strong>of</strong> their respective <strong>SHLAA</strong>s. Such an agreed approach will enable<br />
the aggregation <strong>of</strong> the output from each authority at a later date to form a strategic overview for the larger<br />
housing market area.<br />
