These are our service standards for value for money; they are new standards that were local offers in 2010/11.
We are committed to achieving value for money and being open about how our money is spent. To help achieve this we will:
NEW - provide regular information on costs and satisfaction with services through the Communicator and our Annual Report;
NEW - involve residents in the monitoring of our contractors through the Contractor Monitoring Board;
NEW - involve residents in the procurement process for recruiting contractors including repairs and estates services;
NEW - report how money is spent on all services in a block where a service charge is paid;
NEW - compare our costs with other social landlords.
