put in place to encourage employees to achieve <strong>the</strong>ir personal performance<br />

metrics. O<strong>the</strong>r incentives include organizational recognition of staff achievements,<br />

and / or <strong>the</strong> establishment of staff promotions. As simple as it may appear for<br />

senior management to issue organizational directives, thinking that <strong>the</strong><br />

corresponding tasks would be executed down <strong>the</strong> organizational hierarchy by role<br />

and responsibility, it actually becomes a monumental feat if <strong>the</strong> staff is not<br />

engaged. With effective incentives and performance evaluation systems in place,<br />

companies become more capable of achieving goals, and diligent in ensuring<br />

employee understanding of organizational objectives.<br />
