<strong>The</strong> University has a few postgraduate residences that are<br />
independently managed. You should contact these residences<br />
directly <strong>for</strong> applications and enquiries.<br />

Graduate House<br />
Located on the Main Campus, Graduate House provides air-conditioned<br />
accommodation <strong>for</strong> 200 postgraduate students. <strong>The</strong>re are 190 single<br />
rooms with shared bathroom between two adjacent rooms and 10<br />
double rooms with private bathroom. Approximately 80% of residents<br />
are from overseas.<br />
Monthly charges:<br />
Single room: HK$2,700<br />
Double room: HK$4,950 (<strong>for</strong> married couples without children)<br />
(Occupants are required to pay the monthly electricity charges of his own bedroom)<br />
Security deposit: one month house charge<br />
Key deposit: HK$100<br />
