MONMOUTH COUNTY COURTS MONMOUTH COUNTY COURTS The Monmouth County Courthouse is located adjacent to Monument Park in the Borough of Freehold. It was dedicated on October 8, l955 and opened “for business” on Monday, October 10 of that year. The members of the Board of Chosen Freeholders at the time of the dedication were Joseph C.
