Canadian Centre for Treaty Compliance (CCTC) at the Norman Paterson School of<br />
International Affairs, Carleton University, Ottawa. The project is chaired by CIGI<br />
Distinguished Fellow Louise Fréchette and directed by CIGI Senior Fellow Trevor<br />
Findlay, director of CCTC.<br />
