RESPONDING TO A BID SOLICITATION
Bidders are directed to read all instructions carefully. Failure to properly complete all bid forms and
comply with all instructions may result in disqualification of your bid. Bidders that are submitting an
electronic bid may review their bid at any time and make changes prior to the closing date and time.
Bids are normally submitted online; however some bids may be for hardcopy submittal only and will
state such in the bid notice.
If you have general questions or need assistance, you may call the Buyer identified in the Bid package.
For technical clarification questions, written submission of your questions is required as further detailed
in the bid document.
Sealed bids must have a date and time stamped on them by a Purchasing Division representative
located on the 1st floor of the City Hall Building. Bids that are submitted electronically are date and
time stamped using the system server time displayed within the application, not the time and date
displayed on the time clock of your personal computer.
Bidders that are submitting their bid document in person are required to follow security check-in
procedures.
