at Hypo Real Estate Bank International AG. Manuela Better is<br />
responsible for the Group’s Asian Platform focusing on real estate<br />

he was the President of Lombard Servicing Inc., a Morgan Stanley<br />
wholly owned NPL Servicer in Japan, and President of Morgan Stanley<br />
Properties Korea Ltd. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Blomquist<br />
was Senior Vice President of LNR Property responsible for asset<br />
management in eastern US. He received undergraduate degree in<br />
economics in 1973, Master of Science in Real Estate in 1989 from<br />
