Mr Leslie Chua is the Head of Research & Strategy of the Standard<br />
Chartered-Istithmar Real Estate Fund, based in Singapore. He is<br />
responsible for leading the Fund’s research and investment strategy<br />
initiatives. At Istithmar World Real Estate, his responsibilities<br />
included undertaking research and investment strategy for the firm’s<br />
Asian portfolio, reviewing key Asian transactions and Asian regional<br />
research. Prior to joining Istithmar World Real Estate, Leslie served<br />
as a Head of Real Estate Intelligence Service in the Singapore office<br />
of Jones Lang LaSalle Research. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts<br />
degree in Political Science from the University of Western Australia.<br />
Mr. Colcord is a director for CarVal Investors, responsible for<br />
investments in Greater China. Mr. Colcord joined Cargill in 1993 in<br />
the Strategy and Business Development Group in Minneapolis, and<br />
moved to the Trade & Structured Finance Group in 1996. After one<br />
year in Singapore, Mr. Colcord moved to Shanghai in 1997 to start<br />
the Trade & Structured Finance Group’s China office. In 2004, he<br />
transferred to CVI. Prior to joining Cargill, Mr. Colcord worked in the<br />
Investment Banking Department of Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New<br />
York and Hong Kong. Mr. Colcord received his MBA from the Harvard<br />
Business School and his B.A. in Economics and Psychology magna<br />

Paul’s team, together with IHG’s managed and franchise growth<br />
engines, drive the Group’s efforts to further extend IHG’s leadership<br />
position in Greater China. Paul joined IHG in 1997. Before moving<br />
to Shanghai in 2007 he spent more than 6 years in IHG’s Singapore<br />
regional head office leading regional joint ventures, including IHG’s<br />
2006 JV with ANA in Japan.
