CRTC 2013-310 – approved the change of effective control of Astral’s broadcasting undertakings to BCE Inc., subject to
certain modifications and divestitures.
Administrative Approval – 2013-06-27 – approved the nomination of Pierre Boivin, as trustee of BCE’s voting interest in
the broadcasting assets that BCE must divest, as required in CRTC 2013-310. (2013-0243-9)
Update – 2013-09-13 – category of specialty services.
CRTC 2013-737 – approved the change of control of TELETOON Canada Inc. to Corus Entertainment Inc.

be reflected upon receipt of the documents requested in the decision. Until then, the chart continues to reflect the
ownership of TELETOON prior to the transaction.

40% by Bell Media Inc. which in turn is 100% held by Bell Canada, which in turn is 100% held by BCE Inc. (see
charts 143 and 143P)
20% by 4113756 Canada Inc. which in turn is 100% held by 4116381 Canada Inc. 4116381 Canada Inc. is
50% held by YTV Canada, Inc. (see chart 32b) and 50% held by Bell Media Inc. (see chart 143P)
20% by YTV Canada, Inc. which in turn is 100% held by 3470644 Canada Inc. which in turn is 100% held by
1421711 Ontario Inc. 1421711 Ontario Inc. is 100% held by Corus Entertainment Inc. (see chart 32C) and
20% by Nelvana Limited which in turn is 100% held by 1421711 Ontario Inc., directly and indirectly
through subsidiaries (see chart 32C)
As a result, Bell Media Inc. and Corus each indirectly hold 50% of TELETOON Canada Inc.
The direct and indirect interests held by Bell Media Inc. in TELETOON Canada Inc. are under the control of the Trustee
Mr. Pierre Boivin pending the sale to a third party, as required in Decision CRTC 2013-310.
