1. All the work shall be carried out as per specification given in bill of quantity and as
per direction of Engineer -In-charge.
2. Income Tax and Vat tax shall be deducted from the bill as per rules and act.
3. Rates of works will be inclusive of all material labour, tools and plants transportation
octori and other inputs required for proper completion of job as mentioned in the bill
of quantity .
4. Firm must be registered in Income Tax, Commercial Tax Deptt., Service Tax & also
registered in any Govt. deptt. of central / state. Experience Certificate for one such
type of work amounting to Rs. 15.00 lacs at least must be attached with tender .
5. Quantity mentioned in the bill of quantity are approximate which may vary on either
side & no claim will be entertained on that account.
6. Incomplete and conditional tenders will not be entertained.
7. Tenders must be accompanied with the required earnest money in shape of Banker’s
Cheque /D.D. of any Nationalized Bank in favour of UPSTDC, Lucknow failing
which, tender will not be entertained.

8. Standard conditions similar to U.P;P.W.D. form 9, will be a part of agreement. This
condition can be seen in the office ,during office working hours.
9. Tenderers are advised to see the site before quoting their rates.
10. Water Charge @ 1% shall be deducted from the bill .
11. U.P. Tourism Development Corporation reserved the right to reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason.
12. Method of tendering—Tenders are invited in two bid system as per given below:
A) Technical bid consisting of experience certificate ,photo copy of PAN, Tin and service
tax number and registration in central /state deptt. and EMD shall be given in one
separate sealed envelop.
B) Financial bid consisting of Bill of Quantity dully filled , shall be given in another separate
sealed envelop.
C) Both envelops , shall be kept in one sealed envelop mentioning name & address of
bidder.
D) Financial bid of those bidders shall be opened only who will qualify the technical criteria
of the bid.
