Press the Setup icon to switch to
the First Setup screen.

Press Setup icon again on the
first second setup screen to
switch to the Second Setup screen.

Press the System Setup bar above to
change to the screen on the left. First
select the number of systems or
Kitchens. Now select the number of
exhaust fans for each system and then
select whether the supply control will
be by VSD or 4-20 milliamps. A
unique name can be selected for each
kitchen by touching the kitchen name.
An on the system keyboard opens to
allow the new name to be entered and
stored in the Truflow.
