If It there is is no possibility of her traveling with a mahram, a woman who is is<br />
financially tinancially able should instead send a substitute to perform pertorm Hajj on her behalf.<br />
The following applies to women intending Hajj:<br />
1, 1. For a voluntary Hajj (not the obligatory one), a woman must have the<br />
permission of ol her husband. husband, because during her absence he looses tooses his nrs<br />
right over her. The husband has the right to prevent her from performing pertorming<br />
