apply when weather conditions favor drift from treated areas.” The label<br />

further states, ”Directions for Use . . . Do not apply this product in a way<br />

that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift.”<br />

DISPOSITION: Mike J. Tindor and Pro Care Landscapers were cited for<br />

violation <strong>of</strong> sections 14(2) and 14(5) for failure to follow label directions<br />

regarding drift and for operating in a careless and negligent manner. A<br />

civil penalty in the amount <strong>of</strong> $250.00 was assessed for these violations.<br />
