Terminology Used For ease of reference and reading of this document, the following terms are used to indicate the meaning described. A full glossary, describing all other terms used can be found at the end of this document. Bankline Direct Is the term used to refer to NatWests’ various interfaces, network connections, systems and operational activities that collectively provide the functionality described in this document. Outbound/Outward/Sending This refers to the direction of a payment from a customer via the NatWest Bankline Direct service and onto the receiving member.
