Indemnification of Officers and Auditors During the period the company arranged insurance cover and paid a premium for directors in respect of indemnity against third party liability. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, the amount of the premium paid has not been disclosed on the basis of confidentiality, as is permitted under Section 300 (9) of the Corporations Act 2001. The company has not otherwise, during or since the financial period, indemnified or agreed to indemnify an officer or auditor of the company or of any related body corporate against a liability incurred by an officer or auditor.
