BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER/SERVO/VALVES/CONNECTIONS<br />
Method of <strong>Testing</strong><br />
Master Cylinder and Reservoirs<br />
1. Examine for security.<br />
2. Check for leaks.<br />
Servos<br />
Examine servo for security of mounting.<br />
Valves<br />
1. Examine all valves for security of mounting.<br />
2. With brakes applied, check for leaks.<br />
3. Check that load sensing/brake proportioning valves are not damaged, leaking or inoperative and are correctly adjusted.<br />
NOTES<br />
1. Visual inspection. Check for completeness and full connection of linkage, leaks, and if possible, correct<br />
movement. (Brakes are applied with vehicle on lift.)<br />

REASONS FOR FAILURE<br />
1 Insecurely mounted/mounting panel cracked.<br />
2 Leaking or defective.<br />
3 Insecure or defective.<br />
4 Damaged, badly corroded or leaking.<br />
5 Missing, insecurely mounted, leaking or defective.<br />
6 Missing, bypassed, linkage sticking, damaged, leaking<br />
or inoperative or obviously incorrectly adjusted.<br />
