DECLARATION OF INTENT POLICY
Students who enroll for classes in only one session in a given semester
(either all Session A or all Session B) must provide a written
statement of their intent to return and continue coursework -
regardless of whether or not classes have been scheduled. (Students who
enroll in both Session A and Session B in the same semester are not
required to submit a declaration of intent.)
This policy ensures compliance with federal Financial Aid guidelines.
Failure to submit a declaration of intent will result in intermission
(withdrawal of all scheduled classes) and may impact your grace period
for financial aid.
The statement of intent must be submitted in writing. Emails, faxes, typed
letters or handwritten notes are acceptable. The statement must be
submitted to the staff in Student Central.
