Adult Open Gym Basketball<br />
This is an open gym for adults age 18 and older and out of high<br />
school. No registration required. Please sign-in and pay at the door.<br />
*Please do not enter the gym until you have signed in and paid with<br />

If you are age 35 or older, you are invited to the <strong>Johnston</strong> 8/9 Middle<br />

Adult Co-Ed Volleyball League<br />
This is a recreation volleyball league for adults 18 and older and out of<br />
high school. Officials will be provided. Team captains will be mailed a<br />
roster sign-up form and a copy of the league rules. Maximum of eight<br />
teams, Maximum of twelve players allowed on each team roster.<br />

Dragon Camp<br />
This class will challenge you with a combination of cardiovascular<br />
exercise, strength training and flexibility training to raise your heart rate<br />
and increase your cardiovascular endurance as well as your physical<br />
and mental strength and endurance. **Assessments will be held<br />
before the start of Dragon Camp, an instructor will call you to set up<br />
your assessment time** Each day will focus on a different area:<br />
5:10 a.m. class: Mon-Weights, Tue-Cardio, Wed–Abs/Stretch, Thu–Cardio, Fri-Circuits<br />
6 a.m. class: Mon-Circuits, Tue-Cardio, Wed–Weights, Thu-Abs/Stretch Fri-Cardio<br />

Strolling & Toning<br />
This is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies.<br />
It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning<br />
exercises using tubing and the stroller. Bring a yoga mat for ground<br />
exercises. Classes are held outdoors, once the weather turns cold the<br />
class will be moved to Merle Hay Mall. Just about any stroller will do,<br />
if it’s not prone to tipping.<br />
