RWY 21L/R, the following procedure<br />

shall be carried out:<br />

MNM Climb Gradient: 6.8% to 4500.<br />

Climb on HDG 192° to 5000. Turn<br />

following ATC instructions.<br />

2. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURE<br />

Low visibility procedure is not available.<br />

DEPARTURE<br />

1. START-UP, PUSH-BACK<br />

1.1 ACFT must be ready to start-up before<br />

calling CLR or GND.<br />

1.2 ACFT must be ready for towed push-back<br />

or taxi within the next 5min to the approved<br />

start-up time.<br />

2. PUSH AND HOLD MANOEUVRING<br />

When ACFT is ready to (start-up) and has<br />

advanced the allocate slot, pilot can request<br />

“Push and hold” to the TWR. When on<br />

TWY, signalman will guide it to a remote<br />

parking position with autonomous exit.<br />

When ACFT request “push and hold the<br />

CECOA, subject to availability, will assign<br />

an intermediate parking position in a remote<br />

position prior to its fi nal exit. Possible<br />

remote parking positions to perform this<br />

manoeuvre are:<br />

- with the threshold 03 in service:<br />

From P-36 to P-56.<br />

- with the threshold 21 in service:<br />

From P-00 to P-24.<br />
