what is now called the Economic Justice Loan Fund (see Treasurer's Report),<br />

which consists of unrestricted DFMS endowment funds set aside by Executive<br />

Council for the purposes of socially-responsible investment, in response to<br />

Resolution C-030a of the 1988 General Convention.<br />
