Woman's Auxiliary of the Diocese of New York. If the Domestic Committee<br />

of the Women's Auxiliary should fail to determine upon some project, the<br />

Board has discretion to choose a domestic project.<br />

Out of the income, $100 is to be paid to an individual [the wife of the current<br />

Rector of Trinity <strong>Church</strong> in St. Augustine, Florida]. Balance to certain<br />

parishes on their quotas, as follows: Trinity Parish, St. Augustine, Fla., 50%<br />

of balance; St. Thomas' Parish, Washington, D.C., $100; Trinity Parish,<br />

Southport, Conn., any balance remaining. This fund resulted from a gift to the<br />

Society from Mr. Hewson. The Society has complete discretion over the<br />

income of this fund (after provision of the $100 payment to the wife of the<br />

Rector of Trinity <strong>Church</strong>), which was the donor's initial stated preference.<br />

investment, in response to Resolution C-030a of the 1988 General Convention.<br />
