Auxiliary of the Diocese of New York." The income is to be used "toward the
support of some work under appropriation of the Board in the Domestic
field," said work to be determined by the Domestic Committee of the
Woman's Auxiliary of the Diocese of New York. If the Domestic Committee
of the Women's Auxiliary should fail to determine upon some project, the
Board has discretion to choose a domestic project.

Out of the income, $100 is to be paid to an individual [the wife of the current
Rector of Trinity Church in St. Augustine, Florida]. Balance to certain
parishes on their quotas, as follows: Trinity Parish, St. Augustine, Fla., 50%
of balance; St. Thomas' Parish, Washington, D.C., $100; Trinity Parish,
Southport, Conn., any balance remaining. This fund resulted from a gift to the
Society from Mr. Hewson. The Society has complete discretion over the
income of this fund (after provision of the $100 payment to the wife of the
Rector of Trinity Church), which was the donor's initial stated preference.

fund has been part of what is now called the Economic Justice Loan Fund (see
Treasurer's Report), which consists of unrestricted DFMS endowment funds
set aside by Executive Council for the purposes of socially-responsible
investment, in response to Resolution C-030a of the 1988 General Convention.
