N.B. Henri Linton is a well-known landscape<br />
painter from Arkansas, whose richly hued,<br />
semi-abstract aerial views of the Mississippi<br />
delta region have won him acclaim throughout<br />
the South. His work is represented in the<br />
collections of The Arkansas Arts Center, The<br />
Rockefeller Foundation, and the University<br />
of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, as well as<br />
many private collections. Mr. Linton is also<br />
a respected educator, serving as professor<br />
and chairman of the Department of Art at<br />
the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He<br />
was inducted into The Arkansas Black Hall of<br />
Fame in 2001.<br />
