CLUB MANAGER’s REPORT:
Re-Union Lake days is being publicized; M.L.C.A. listed as a
participant. Need to be retracted due to club functions reserved
throughout the grounds. Ranges to be closed Monday, May 17 th
due to a request from Mich-Con for pipeline work; outdoor
restrooms and sprinklers are functioning thanks to Jim Dawson
and Ron Tomrell Jr.
Don noted that the split rail and posts need to be repaired. Barry
said he will address the repairs. Discussion followed. Don noted
that Barry and the morning crew took care of the tiles that
needed repairs. We were asked to submit a letter to the Board
of Health regarding our septic system. Barry went to the Board
and should have an update on our permit by Monday.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None
NEW BUSINESS:
Cal Kittinger – suggesting high-end item raffle a few times a
year. Discussion followed. 57 people at W.O.T., 6 people at
basic pistol, upcoming C.P.L. 18 people.
Pete Cesaro Sr. – a year and a half ago a gun was found at
S&T, and turned into office. Possible owner has finally stepped
up and gun cannot be accounted for; are reviewing with the
insurance company and police dept. to resolve.
Russ DeVriendt/Mick McCanham moved to pursue setting up
a group of officers and board members to create a performance
matrix and review process for the club manager. Dave noted
there is an existing motion assigning the officers to this task.

Marshall requested to post G&L Farms flyer, host of our club
pheasant hunts.
