CLUB MANAGER’s REPORT:<br />

Re-Union Lake days is being publicized; M.L.C.A. listed as a<br />

participant. Need to be retracted due to club functions reserved<br />

throughout the grounds. Ranges to be closed Monday, May 17 th<br />

due to a request from Mich-Con for pipeline work; outdoor<br />

restrooms and sprinklers are functioning thanks to Jim Dawson<br />

and Ron Tomrell Jr.<br />

Don noted that the split rail and posts need to be repaired. Barry<br />

said he will address the repairs. Discussion followed. Don noted<br />

that Barry and the morning crew took care <strong>of</strong> the tiles that<br />

needed repairs. We were asked to submit a letter to the Board<br />

<strong>of</strong> Health regarding our septic system. Barry went to the Board<br />

and should have an update on our permit by Monday.<br />

UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None<br />

NEW BUSINESS:<br />

Cal Kittinger – suggesting high-end item raffle a few times a<br />

year. Discussion followed. 57 people at W.O.T., 6 people at<br />

basic pistol, upcoming C.P.L. 18 people.<br />

Pete Cesaro Sr. – a year and a half ago a gun was found at<br />

S&T, and turned into <strong>of</strong>fice. Possible owner has finally stepped<br />

up and gun cannot be accounted for; are reviewing with the<br />

insurance company and police dept. to resolve.<br />

Russ DeVriendt/Mick McCanham moved to pursue setting up<br />

a group <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficers and board members to create a performance<br />

matrix and review process for the club manager. Dave noted<br />

there is an existing motion assigning the <strong>of</strong>ficers to this task.<br />

MOTION WITHDRAWN<br />

Marshall requested to post G&L Farms flyer, host <strong>of</strong> our club<br />

pheasant hunts.<br />
