In his first season as
assistant coach is
Brent Walsh. He will
be working with the infielders
and catchers.
He will also serve as
Camp Director for the
College of Charleston Baseball Camp.
Walsh started coaching as an assistant at
Richland Northeast High School where the
Cavaliers won two South Carolina 4A Lower
State Titles, a 4A State Title and numerous
Region Titles.
Walsh recently served as the head coach
at Ben Lippen HS where he led the Falcons
to two State Championship Series and one
State Title in his 3 years as head coach. His
record as a head coach is 66-21 (.758).

First Season
In the summer and fall, he served the last
four years as a head coach for the prestigious
South Carolina Diamond Devils program. His
teams have finished in the top 5, four times
and 3rd place twice in Perfect Game National
Tournaments.
He has coached over 25 Division I players in
his brief coaching career.
Walsh was born January 28, 1980 in Columbia,
SC. He and his wife Jennifer, were married
May 19th 2007.

Second Season
Cameron Davidson
is in his second season
as head strength
and conditioning
coach at the College
of Charleston.
Davidson started with the College of
Charleston in July 2007 after spending a
year at Clemson University. His responsibilities
included assisting with the development
of strength and conditioning programs
for men’s and women’s basketball, and
designing and implementing programs for
the men’s and women’s swimming and
diving teams.
Herd at Marshall University. He earned his
bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from
the University of Wyoming in 2005, and his
master’s degree in exercise physiology from
Marshall University in 2006.
Davidson is a certified strength and conditioning
coach (CSCS) through the NSCA, and a
Level 1 Club Coach (USAW) through United
States Weightlifting.
Prior to Clemson, Davidson spent one year
as a graduate assistant for the Thundering
