XVS1300A V-Star in Raven

Eighty cubic inches of V-twin pulse, bolted
securely to a chassis built to handle and
finished off with a little streamlined style and
plenty of Star quality engineering.
2 With 48 percent front tyre weighting, and
four solid engine mounts - including one
atop the front cylinder head - V-Star 1300
boasts rigidity and quick, light handling and
manoeuvrability.
3 Authentic cruiser features like belt drive and
steel fenders underline your intentions, and
open up the customisation possibilities even
further, ensuring it’ll be hard work not getting
noticed on this V-Star.
4 Seven-spoke cast wheels and matching rear
pulley mount fat, 16-inch tyres for a cool period
look (albeit with big contact patches).
5 41mm fork tubes with stainless covers look
great and serve up a smooth, controlled ride.

80-cubic-inch liquid-cooled, fuel-injected
V-twin produces excellent power across the
board – and a highly stimulating exhaust note

Flangeless-type fuel tank and two-into-one
exhaust provide a high quality Star look.
60-degree V-twin with dual counterbalancers
for plenty of smooth performance
and just the right amount of V-twin vibe.
Computer-controlled twin-barrel fuel
injection provides optimal mixture whatever the
temperature or altitude.
Four valves per cylinder provide optimum
combustion efficiency while roller rocker arms
reduce friction for better performance and
reduced wear.
Smooth-shifting five-speed transmission and
efficient, low-maintenance belt drive.
A trick cooling system routes liquid through
hidden hoses and internal engine passages for
air-cooled looks and liquid-cooled performance.
Steel cradle frame provides maximum rigidity
and excellent handling.
Stylish, braced steel swingarm and rear
wheel are controlled by a single linkage-mounted
shock absorber, adjustable for spring preload.
Flangeless-type fuel tank carries 18.5 litres
of fuel. Mounting the fuel pump in a separate,
tucked-away sub-tank allows the narrow tank
design.
Strong, light and virtually maintenance-free
belt final drive routes power smoothly and
