2010: Finished with a 2-2 record in his first season as a Miner…made<br />

seven starts in the 12 games he appeared in and ended the year with<br />

a 7.32 earned run average…threw 35 2/3 innings on the season and<br />

recorded 12 strikeouts…picked up his wins against Northwest<br />

<strong>Missouri</strong> State and Maryville, the latter on a complete game sixhitter…fanned<br />

a season-high three hitters against Northwest and<br />

Ouachita Baptist.<br />

HIGH SCHOOL: Was one of the top starters on Rolla High School’s<br />

baseball team over the last two seasons, earning honorable mention<br />

all-state honors following the 2009 campaign as Rolla reached the No.<br />

2 spot in the <strong>Missouri</strong> Class 4 state rankings…posted an 8-2 record<br />

and 2.36 earned run average in 56 2/3 innings in 2009, striking out 79<br />

hitters in that span.<br />

PERSONAL: Son of Walter and Jeanne Bowe...majoring in civil<br />

HIGH SCHOOL: Hit .371 in his senior year at Timberland High School<br />

with two home runs and 15 runs batted in...had 11 extra base hits<br />

in 70 at-bats...batted .245 with a homer and 10 runs batted in as a<br />

junior...played at first base and in the outfield.<br />

PERSONAL: Son of Kevin and Michele Brower...majoring in mechanical<br />

engineering.<br />

appeared in 25 games and started in 12…had a two-hit game against<br />

Ouachita Baptist, which included his only extra base hit of the season<br />

and the game in which he had his RBI…recorded a .289 on-base<br />

percentage and scored five times.<br />

AT SPRING HILL: Batted .345 last season at Spring Hill College in Mobile,<br />

Ala., with five home runs and 23 runs batted in...had 12 of his 29<br />

hits on the season for extra bases as he started in 25 of the 44 games<br />

he appeared in...drove in three runs in his first season there.<br />

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at DeSmet Jesuit High School, where he posted<br />

a .500 batting average as a senior...drove in nine runs during his junior<br />

year as an outfielder.<br />

PERSONAL: Son of Steve and Janet Dunahue...majoring in mechanical<br />

engineering.<br />

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played at John Wood Community College, where<br />

he batted .278 with five home runs, 23 runs batted in and 29 runs<br />

scored… also stole seven bases and had a .358 on-base percentage…<br />

as a freshman, he batted .262 with two home runs and 24 runs batted<br />

in…stole three bases and also had a 2-1 record as a pitcher.<br />

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at shortstop and pitched at West Prairie High<br />

School…was a first team all-conference performer both as a position<br />

player and pitcher.<br />

PERSONAL: Son of Timothy and Delinda Burke…majoring in<br />

mechanical engineering.<br />
