2010: Was one of the Miners’ most effective relief pitchers during the<br />
season…recorded the team’s best earned run average at 2.57 as he<br />
finished with a 2-1 record…threw 35 innings in the 19 games he appeared<br />
in, striking out 18…earned his wins in his two longest outings<br />
of the season, beating NCAA Division II national champion Southern<br />
Indiana in a 4 2/3 inning stint and Quincy when he threw four innings<br />
in relief…fanned a season-high four in the win over Quincy.<br />
2009: Pitched in 17 games for the Miners, finishing with an 0-2 record<br />
in 26 1/3 innings…made all of his appearances in relief…struck out<br />
15 hitters, including three in a 3 2/3-inning outing against Rockhurst<br />
that was his longest of the year.<br />
2008: Appeared in 13 games on the mound as a freshman…had a 1-2<br />
record in 13 1/3 innings of work…picked up his win in relief against<br />
Truman State…allowed only one earned run in 3 1/3 innings against<br />
SIU Edwardsville…had two strikeouts during the season.<br />
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned all-conference honors at Truman High<br />
School…batted .300 during his senior year and had an on-base<br />
percentage of .630 last season.<br />
PERSONAL: Son of Brad and Kim Dunn…majoring in aerospace<br />
engineering.<br />

2010: Pitched in 11 games during the year, posting a 4.02 earned run<br />
average as he finished 0-1…threw 15 2/3 innings and struck out 17<br />
hitters, finishing with the team’s top average of strikeouts per nine<br />
innings and walked just four batters in that span…made his longest<br />
appearance against Southern Indiana of five innings and fanned a<br />
season-high six in that contest.<br />
2009: Was redshirted for the season.<br />
HIGH SCHOOL: Catcher who batted .286 with seven runs batted in at<br />
the plate at Mehlville High School…also pitched at the high school<br />
level, going 1-1 in four appearances on the mound with a 3.97 earned<br />
run average…struck out seven batters in 12 1/3 innings...appeared<br />
in nine games as a pitcher during his junior year….was a District 10<br />
all-star in American Legion baseball after hitting .360 and posting a<br />
2.10 ERA as a pitcher.<br />

2010: Finished the year with a 2-2 record and 4.61 earned run average<br />
out of the bullpen…led the Miners with a school record 27 appearances…threw<br />
27 1/3 innings on the year with 26 strikeouts…picked<br />
up both of his wins on the same day, beating Truman State in both<br />
games of a doubleheader on April 21…was the first Miner since 1994<br />
to be the winning pitcher in both games of a twinbill…had a seasonhigh<br />
five strikeouts against Lewis in his longest outing of the season<br />
of three innings.<br />
2009: Posted a 2-6 record as a freshman with a 5.67 earned run average…made<br />
eight starts among the 16 games he appeared in…threw<br />
54 innings, the second-most on the staff and struck out 42,,,picked<br />
up both of his wins in relief, beating Henderson State and Truman<br />
State…had a season-high seven strikeouts against Washburn.<br />
HIGH SCHOOL: Recorded an 8-0 record and 2.21 earned run average<br />
in the 2008 season at Francis Howell High School…pitched a teamhigh<br />
50 2/3 innings and struck out 33 against 14 walks for a team<br />
that finished as the <strong>Missouri</strong> Class 4 runner-up...completed four of<br />
his seven starts…finished the 2007 season with a 3-1 record and 3.30<br />
earned run average while striking out nearly five batters per seven innings<br />
pitched…one of the wins came over state runner-up Holt…was<br />
also named to the Gateway Athetic Conference’s all-academic team.<br />
