2010: Was one of the Miners’ most effective relief pitchers during the
season…recorded the team’s best earned run average at 2.57 as he
finished with a 2-1 record…threw 35 innings in the 19 games he appeared
in, striking out 18…earned his wins in his two longest outings
of the season, beating NCAA Division II national champion Southern
Indiana in a 4 2/3 inning stint and Quincy when he threw four innings
in relief…fanned a season-high four in the win over Quincy.
2009: Pitched in 17 games for the Miners, finishing with an 0-2 record
in 26 1/3 innings…made all of his appearances in relief…struck out
15 hitters, including three in a 3 2/3-inning outing against Rockhurst
that was his longest of the year.
2008: Appeared in 13 games on the mound as a freshman…had a 1-2
record in 13 1/3 innings of work…picked up his win in relief against
Truman State…allowed only one earned run in 3 1/3 innings against
SIU Edwardsville…had two strikeouts during the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned all-conference honors at Truman High
School…batted .300 during his senior year and had an on-base
percentage of .630 last season.
PERSONAL: Son of Brad and Kim Dunn…majoring in aerospace
engineering.

2010: Pitched in 11 games during the year, posting a 4.02 earned run
average as he finished 0-1…threw 15 2/3 innings and struck out 17
hitters, finishing with the team’s top average of strikeouts per nine
innings and walked just four batters in that span…made his longest
appearance against Southern Indiana of five innings and fanned a
season-high six in that contest.
2009: Was redshirted for the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Catcher who batted .286 with seven runs batted in at
the plate at Mehlville High School…also pitched at the high school
level, going 1-1 in four appearances on the mound with a 3.97 earned
run average…struck out seven batters in 12 1/3 innings...appeared
in nine games as a pitcher during his junior year….was a District 10
all-star in American Legion baseball after hitting .360 and posting a
2.10 ERA as a pitcher.
PERSONAL: Son of Harry and Carol Dunsford…majoring in
mechanical engineering.

out of the bullpen…led the Miners with a school record 27 appearances…threw
27 1/3 innings on the year with 26 strikeouts…picked
up both of his wins on the same day, beating Truman State in both
games of a doubleheader on April 21…was the first Miner since 1994
to be the winning pitcher in both games of a twinbill…had a seasonhigh
five strikeouts against Lewis in his longest outing of the season
of three innings.
2009: Posted a 2-6 record as a freshman with a 5.67 earned run average…made
eight starts among the 16 games he appeared in…threw
54 innings, the second-most on the staff and struck out 42,,,picked
up both of his wins in relief, beating Henderson State and Truman
State…had a season-high seven strikeouts against Washburn.
HIGH SCHOOL: Recorded an 8-0 record and 2.21 earned run average
in the 2008 season at Francis Howell High School…pitched a teamhigh
50 2/3 innings and struck out 33 against 14 walks for a team
that finished as the Missouri Class 4 runner-up...completed four of
his seven starts…finished the 2007 season with a 3-1 record and 3.30
earned run average while striking out nearly five batters per seven innings
pitched…one of the wins came over state runner-up Holt…was
also named to the Gateway Athetic Conference’s all-academic team.
