Youth Inclusive Neighbourhoods Mentoring In collaboration with Immigrant Services Calgary volunteer Big Brothers and Big Sisters are matched with 13 to 16 year olds from diverse cultural backgrounds, many of whom are new immigrants or refugees. Program participants seeking positive change in their lives spend quality one-to-one time with their Big Brother or Big Sister for two to five hours a week for a minimum of one year, exploring Calgary together, sharing new experiences and learning about different cultures.
