“I was first involved with the organization as a <strong>Big</strong> Sister <strong>and</strong> began to<br />
appreciate the impact the organization <strong>and</strong> mentoring was having on<br />
my own life. I wanted to be able to give something back in return for this<br />
influence. The most immediate impact I have seen is on my Little Sister<br />
<strong>and</strong> the confidence she has developed through our time together. As a<br />
board member, I have seen the continued involvement <strong>and</strong> commitment<br />
throughout the organization - volunteers, staff <strong>and</strong> board members.<br />
This commitment <strong>and</strong> passion for mentoring continues to grow at all<br />
levels within the organization.”<br />
