Bonsai trees, pots and tools will be available for sale. Members of the Alabama Bonsai Society will be available to discuss the aspects of Bonsai and the care of your trees.

SUMMER CAMP AT THE GARDENS 2010! Camp is filling up fast! Don’t forget to register. Parents and children guide our children’s summer programs. Keeping your needs and requests first in mind, we have extended the hours of our traditional summer programs for your convenience. Beginning this summer, camps will be offered for children entering 5K-6th grades, Monday- Friday, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Children choose from a variety of favorite topics including nature and the outdoors, plants and our environment, cooking, art, and more! Programs are designed to actively promote your child’s natural sense of creativity and discovery with fun learning experiences in the unmatched setting at Birmingham Botanical Gardens! All sessions are taught by certified or otherwise qualified teachers. Light snack provided.
