REMEMBERING SOMEONE SPECIAL
We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.
– Abraham Lincoln
When there seem to be more thorns than
blossoms in your life, we invite you to The
Gardens to smell the roses, take a walk or learn
about plants. We also hope you will remember
special moments you may have shared here—a
school or family photo, a Sunday stroll, a
wedding or a picnic—and consider honoring a
loved one or commemorating that occasion with
a memorial gift. By investing in The Gardens,
either through membership or charitable gifts,
you are ensuring that this beautiful place will
remain a vital asset of our community and
will continue to teach people about nature and
the environment. Please contact Olivia Alison
about making a gift that will make a difference
at 205.414.3961 or oalison@bbgardens.org.
