Contestants in phoiojoumalism may use any catnera of their choice.
.Sophisticated cameras (with zoonr lens, wide angle, telephoto and the like) may
be allowed but not digital carneras" Films shall be rnado available to participants
a few minutes before the contest. Loadrng of films shall be done on cue, in front
of SPAs designated as proctors
For ths convenience of contestants sharing of camera is discouraged.

Illustration boards will be provided on fhe day that joumalists will lay out the
pictures (September 28). However, the o*rer materials, (paste, glue, pentel pens,
rulers etc.) shall be provided by the participants
Contestants in Cartooning shall'provide their own drawing instruments. Oslo
papers shall be provided by the organizers.
During the contests, contestafits will NOT write nunrbers in the answer sheets
and in dre attached stubs. Proctoring Supervisors shall assign and write all ttre
entry numbers at the end of each contest. Contestant number in the stub and in
the answer sheet should tally. Contestants will not be told of the numbers
assigned to their entries.
Teacher advisers are not allowed to mingte wrth their students during tre
viewing of the sports event, at the photo session and during altr contests.
Contestants must be in their school uniform and wear their school lD. and tre
I.D. to be distributed during pre-regisffation. Advisers are likewise required to
wear the Conference ID.
Only Students from schools that have published school papers, (at teast in 2010
or201l can join *reRSSPC.
Ten (10) winners will be declared per category. However" only the top three (3)
regional winnen in each of the 14 catogories will join the NSPC in February or
Aprtl2012.
Top Three schools and individual highestpointers will also be declared.
