When you’ve been looking through our website, have you ever wondered what that little green arrow-looking symbol by <strong>the</strong> Facebook<br />
and Twitter badge in <strong>the</strong> top right corner does?<br />
If you click on it, a little window will open up with <strong>the</strong>se words: “Copy <strong>the</strong> code below and paste it directly into <strong>the</strong> code <strong>of</strong> your site!”<br />
Then in a smaller box below are <strong>the</strong> magic words that, once placed in <strong>the</strong> code <strong>of</strong> your website, will allow an image <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Chamber</strong>’s logo<br />
to be visible on your website. It will be an active link back to our website. Just copy and paste!<br />
Why would you want such a thing on your website?<br />
First, it will help increase your website’s activity rating by increasing <strong>the</strong> referral options on your page for each visitor to your page.<br />
Secondly, <strong>the</strong> image <strong>of</strong> our <strong>Chamber</strong> displayed on your website, indicates to <strong>the</strong> public that you are a member, that you support <strong>the</strong> goals<br />
and ideals <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Chamber</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Commerce</strong>. This is important to many shoppers/visitors looking for a trustworthy source.<br />

Super Auction II: The Sequel<br />
The Super Auction returns! ~ Only slightly altered. We anticipate an all live webcast in <strong>the</strong> Spring for this year’s super auction. So<br />
plan your participation now. In <strong>the</strong> next few months you will be contacted by an Auction representative, so be thinking about <strong>the</strong> level <strong>of</strong><br />
response that matches your desire to join in. Just like in previous years, all contributors will receive recognition on air, on <strong>the</strong> web and in<br />
print. If your company is putting toge<strong>the</strong>r a budget for next year, keep this event in mind. Now is <strong>the</strong> time to tap your vendors to see what<br />
resources are available to <strong>the</strong>m on your behalf! If your tax situation could benefit <strong>from</strong> some ad expense, please keep <strong>the</strong> Super Auction<br />
in mind. We have begun collecting sponsorships already! We know <strong>the</strong> holidays are busy and challenging times, but wanted to get <strong>the</strong><br />
word out. If you would like to be an auctioneer or help in any o<strong>the</strong>r capacity, please contact <strong>the</strong> <strong>Chamber</strong>.<br />
