Holm Place
From 1 April, Western access to the centre’s car parks will be

via Holm Place. This entry replaces the ramp that previously
ran through the Western Car Park and will
allow customers to access the existing car park near the
Bus Stop and the existing multi-deck car park, from
Lamerton Crescent.
These are the car parks located closest the Kmart and Target
entrances to the centre, previously accessed via the ramp through
the Western Car Park.
In addition, the new entrance works off Lake Entrance Road will
be completed and operational from 1 April.
Access from the Lake Entrance Road vechicle entry does not change.

Lamerton Crescent
Lamerton Crescent will close between Holm Place and South Road
on 1 April. This is to allow excavation works to continue before the
construction of the new mall. Vehicles will still be able to use Lamerton
Crescent to access Holm Place and the Council Car Park off South Road.
As mentioned, the car park near the Bus Stop and the multi-deck car
park will be accessible from Holm Place. The multi-deck car park, closest
to the Target entrance to the centre, will still also be accessible from
Benson Avenue or Lake Entrance Road.
With the closure of Lamerton Crescent, best parking for the RTA, Centrelink,
the Department of Housing, Mission Australia, Breast Screen, Australian
Hearing, Southern City Chiropractors and CRS will be the Council Car Park
accessible off South Road or Loop Road. There is both a ramp and stairs
for pedestrian access.
Customers are encouraged to visit the Customer Care Centre or call
on 4296 8266 if our Courtesy Crew can be of assistance whilst shopping
at Stockland Shellharbour. Our Courtesy Crew are available everyday.

Interesting facts
• We are currently 50% of the way through the excavation works.
The major excavation works are on schedule to be completed
within the next 6 to 8 weeks.
• There are currently 15 excavators on-site, ranging from 45 tonne
to 85 tonne machines.
• There are currently around 100 workers on-site. By early April an
additional 200 workers are due to commence. These people will
be working on the construction of the Multi-Deck Car Park.
Western Multi-Deck Car Park
Excavation works continue for the construction of the new Western
Multi-Deck Car Park, which will see 2 levels open before Christmas
this year. The builders have commenced drilling and formwork will
commence for the car park structure in early April.
As of 1 April there shouldn’t be further changes to the fencing and
traffic flow in the centre’s car parks until the first 2 levels of the new
Western Multi-Deck Car Park open later this year.
