An announcement was made by
PRID Paing Hechanova wherein he said
he received a relevant information from
Zone RI Foundation Strategic Committee
member with regards to the number of
contributions that the District has been
giving. According to PRID Paing, District
3830 has had a total of 211,413 and that
we are only no. 6 out of the 10 Districts
and our capita contribution is only $89.62,
which is less than 100 percent. With this
information, he is calling on everyone to
help our Governor this year and increase
our contribution to Rotary Foundation.
District Governor Robert Kuan
thanked PRID Paing for sharing the
information. He said that when he
attended the Induction of other clubs, he
challenged the Rotarians to contribute
500 and he will match their contribution.
At the beginning of the Rotary Year, there
were a lot who responded and Governor
Robert is hopeful that we can move up to
no.1 from no. 6
Pres. Carlo Rufino started his speech
with a birthday wishes to our District
Governor Robert Kuan and welcoming
back Rotarian Sherwin Hing during last
Tuesday’s Club Meeting.

Notice of the joint
Board Meeting of
Rotary Club and Rotary
Foundation on the 22nd
August was announced.
Pres. Carlo requested the
Board of both RCM and
Foundation to be there
as it is important for the
club to get the budgets of
the club approved by the
Foundation Board.
Pres. Carlo also
mentioned that the
Club has been losing
P300,000.00 every year as
far as the Club Meeting
Meals is concerned and said
that this cannot continue
forever. Ever since the
Club and the Foundation
were separated, the Club
funds itself and for this
reason, he presented a
Meal Plan to the members
and came up with: Diet
Plan at P250 per meeting
