The following matrices display the allowable l<strong>and</strong> use<br />
categories, residential densities, <strong>and</strong> zoning districts within the<br />
various planning areas <strong>of</strong> the city <strong>of</strong> <strong>Las</strong> <strong>Vegas</strong>. While some<br />
planning areas have unique l<strong>and</strong> uses, development st<strong>and</strong>ards,<br />
<strong>and</strong> design guidelines, the individual attributes <strong>of</strong> each area are<br />
beyond the scope <strong>of</strong> these matrices. The master plan for each<br />
development area may be viewed in its entirety at the city <strong>of</strong><br />
