Party Smarts…
Meeting new people and having a good time? Enjoying the
night life in town can sometime result in exposure to alcohol
and other drugs. At times it can be easy to get a little
carried away and wind up having an experience you would
rather forget…so if you are going to party, party smart.
• Know your limits (you don’t always have to “win”
drinking contests)
• Stay with people you know and trust
• Do not leave your drink unattended while at a bar or party where there are
people you do not know
• Eat before and during drinking
• Don’t allow someone else to influence your decision-making. You know YOU best!
