The <strong>Family</strong> Wellness Worker acts as a liaison between home <strong>and</strong> school. Students <strong>and</strong><br />
families are assisted to overcome challenges such as bullying, stress, grief <strong>and</strong> loss,<br />
separation or divorce, <strong>and</strong> social difficulties through individual <strong>and</strong> group support, guidance,<br />
information, <strong>and</strong> appropriate referrals to community agencies. After School Programs <strong>and</strong><br />
Summer Programs are also <strong>of</strong>fered through the <strong>Family</strong> School Liaison Program.<br />
