Each group is limited to a maximum of ten (10) volunteers. Once you are notified whether a group date is
available, we ask that you use ten (10) as your targeted recruitment number. We will reserve ten spaces for your
group. You may wish to maintain an internal waiting list to replace unforeseen cancellations from your group as
the date approaches. You will be asked to provide your actual number of confirmed volunteers at least 2 weeks
prior to your scheduled build date so that we may plan accordingly. Once you have provided a confirmed
number of volunteers you may not increase the group size.
