cleanliness in a flash<br />
V-<strong>ZUG</strong> helps keep your kitchen cool. The whole oven range<br />
is equipped with heat-reflective, triple- or quadruple-glazed<br />
mirrored glass doors. The door’s special construction <strong>and</strong><br />
ventilation prevents curious children from burning their h<strong>and</strong>s.<br />
At an average <strong>room</strong> temperature of 25 °C <strong>and</strong> a cooking<br />
space temperature of 180 °C, running the Hot Air function<br />
for an hour gives an external temperature of only 31 °C at<br />
the centre of the door (Example : Combair SLP).<br />
With pyrolytic self-cleaning, dirt gets what it deserves: it is<br />
turned to ash through the heating of the cooking space, by<br />
increasing the temperature considerably, any remaining<br />
ash can then simply be wiped away with a damp cloth.<br />
Conveniently, this also allows the inner glass door to be<br />
cleaned perfectly. This great feature takes all the hassle out<br />
of ever having to clean your oven again.<br />
