Big summer for - Backspin Golf Magazine

New partnership a great boost
for the Primary Schools Cup
Anew partnership between the Golfing Union of Ireland (Leinster
Branch), Irish Ladies Golf Union, Junior Golf Ireland and Haydon
Chartered Accountants is designed to expand the Primary Schools Cup
programme.
Haydon Chartered Accountants initiated the programme in
partnership with Castle Golf Club in 2004.
The long term objective of the governing bodies is to implement the
programme throughout the country in the years ahead.
Pictured right at the announcement of this new sponsorship
partnership were, left to right: Vivienne Cosgrave (Lady Captain, Castle

Junior Development, East Leinster, Irish Ladies Golf Union).
Leona’s U-18 crown
Leona Maguire was an impressive winner of
the 2012 Irish Girls U-18 Strokeplay title at
Roganstown Golf Club.
