This annual <strong>EEO</strong> <strong>Report</strong> is filed on behalf of WWMK(AM) (the “Station”) in<br />
compliance with the FCC’s <strong>EEO</strong> reporting requirements. WWMK-AM is a <strong>Radio</strong><br />
<strong>Disney</strong> Group, LLC owned radio station and is located in Cleveland, OH. This report<br />
includes information from June 1, <strong>2012</strong> through May <strong>31</strong>, <strong>2013</strong>, and it will be placed in<br />
