Remarks:<br />
• If all the HSOs voluntarily decide to opt for self resettlement and the need for constructing a<br />
<strong>Resettlement</strong> Colony (RC) is obviated in totality, the amount for self resettlement could be fixed<br />
in mutual agreement. (Para-2.4.1.2).<br />
• Lump sum amount in lieu of one or more of the benefits specified above, the amount being<br />
determined in consultation with the stakeholders, VDAC, State Government etc (Para 2.4.5).<br />
• Subsistence grant @ 25 MAW per month for one year (i.e. 300 MAW) shall be payable to each<br />
HSO in case he/she is losing only house. (Para 2.5.2)<br />
