Hello! Ever since I was a little boy, and used to visit the tinnfigure-museum in Hjortnäs (Sweden) I 

new that I wanted to produce my own flatfigures. To produce moulds is not easy. Around 1992 I 

engraved my first mould and thus began to learn about the difficult process. I have produced 20 

figures so far, by my own hand. 

In 2007 I bought a large number of slate-stone-moulds from late mr Thorild Sivheds workshop. 

And I also began to cooperate with some of the finest artists and craftsmen active today in this field; 

Andreas Gagelmann, Karl W Rieger, Peter Ewald Kovar, Vladimir Nuzhdin and Regina Sonntag . 

So in 2007 I formed Zinnfiguren Offizin Johan Lilliehöök. This year I have also bought the Ivanov 

collection containing the Russian imperial army in parade 1914. 

New figures in the catalogue (since Kulmbach - 2009) 

We have now produced a new series for the battle of Poltava 1709. This series are showing Swedes 

and Russians involved in combat with each other, and consist of 18 figures. 4 of the figures are 

combinations, which mean that you can create 22 different figures altogether. You can also shape 

the soldiers hats to become a “karpus”, both on the Russians and the Swedes. 

We also have 3 new figures of Swedish soldiers from this war; SI1, SI2 och SK1(two musketeers 

and one rider). 

We have also produced some new figures related to the swedish-russian war 1808-09. Theese 

figures are; Fk7b (a finnish dragoon) and Lotta Svärd walking with her husband. 

This year we can also present a series, which originally was created by the former officer in the 

Sovjetunion navy - the late Georg Ivanov - who deflected from the Sovjetunion in the 1940s. He 

created a unique series of figures depicting the Russian imperial army from 1914, just before the 

outbreak of the first world war. Among the artists and engravers you find Ludvig Madlener, Martin 

Block, professor Rössner, Sixtus Maier, Hans G Lecke, Hans Waltz, Daniel Lepeltier and R Pepin. 

We have also produced 8 new figures in 45mm scale. 6 of these are based on some of the drawings 

Georg Ivanov left behind. The other two are drawn by Ludvig Madlener. Engravers are Karl W 

Rieger and Regina Sonntag. 

Collecting tin-figures, painting figures and building scenes and dioramas is a fascinating hobby. I

individual code that is below each figure. Please note that the costs for postage and packing will be 

added to the total price for each order. 

Time for delivery is estimated to 2-3 weeks from the day when the order arrived. The order will be 

sent as soon as the payment has reached our bank-account. 

Prices (in swedish crowns - SKR) 

The principle is price per head. For example a foot-figure is one head, a flag is one head, a horse is 

one head and a banner on the horse is half a head. The costs for package and shipping will also be 

added to the final price, and is determined by the size of the order.

Are you interested in the russian army 

in parade from 1914 

This year 2011 we can present a unique series of 30mm flatfigures. It was originally created 

by the former officer in the Sovjetunion navy -the late Georg Ivanov -who deflected from the 

Sovjetunion in the 1940s. He created a series of figures depicting the Russian imperial army 

from 1914 in parade, just before the outbreak of the first world war. The series consists of just 

over 280 different figures from the cavalry and the infantry forces. Among the artists and 

engravers you find Ludvig Madlener, Martin Block, professor Rössner, Sixtus Maier, Hans G 

Lecke, Hans Waltz, Daniel Lepeltier and R Pepin. 

We are also introducing a new series of 45mm figures this year. Some of these are based on 

drawings that Georg Ivanov left behind. Others are drawn by Ludvig Madlener, professor 

Rössner or other artists. Engravers are Karl W Rieger and Regina Sonntag. This is a series in 

the making, at the moment, so we will just have to wait and see where it will lead. At the 

Kulmbach fare 12-14 of august 2011 we will introduce the first 5 figures. Three of the figures 

you see below on this page. I can assure you that they are a delight to paint!
